Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is nothing to buy: Pocket Cube is free to play. Sooz Coin and chips are free in-game currency with no cash value; they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for money. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Suzerain Studios (“Sponsor”), [MAILING ADDRESS], [CONTACT EMAIL]. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Sony Interactive Entertainment or Microsoft.

2. Who may enter

Legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. The Sponsor and the members of its immediate family and household are not eligible.

3. When

The promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on November 16, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s server clock is the official clock.

4. How to enter

Create a free account on this website with a valid email address and play while signed in. Only signed-in play counts; play as a guest does not. One account per person. Entries made through more than one account, or through automated or modified means, are void.

5. The three ways to win

The Race. The first ten eligible entrants whose account total — Sooz Coin plus chips — reaches 320,000 during the Promotion Period, in the order the Sponsor’s server records them. If fewer than ten reach it, the remaining Race prizes go to the eligible entrants with the highest account totals as they stood at the end of the Promotion Period. Equal totals are ranked by who reached that total first.

The 50-Maze Challenge. The first eligible entrant to complete a single run of 50 consecutive mazes while signed in during the Promotion Period. A run ends when a maze is not completed in time; a run is recorded when it ends. If no one completes 50, the prize goes to the longest run recorded (equal runs: the earliest).

The 100-Maze Challenge. The same, for a single run of 100 consecutive mazes.

Only runs and totals recorded by the Sponsor’s server count, and only those consistent with genuine play (for example, the time a run took as measured by the server). Pocket Cube’s games involve both skill (the maze and the rotating minigame) and chance (blackjack and the wager’s difficulty roll). The odds of winning depend on the number of entrants and on how they play. The Sponsor may adjust game settings during the promotion for fairness or technical reasons; the targets and prizes above will not change.

6. Prizes

• The Race: ten (10) prizes, each one digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI Standard Edition. Approximate retail value (ARV) $79.99 each.
• The 50-Maze Challenge: one (1) digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI Standard Edition. ARV $79.99.
• The 100-Maze Challenge: one (1) digital copy of Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition. ARV $99.99.

Total ARV of all prizes: $979.88. Each prize is for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S, the winner’s choice, and is delivered by email as a digital code when the game is released; if its release is delayed, the prize is delivered at release. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

7. One prize per person

No person may win more than one prize. A person who qualifies for more than one receives the prize of greater value (if of equal value, the one they qualified for first), and the other prize goes to the next eligible entrant in that category.

8. Verification and notification

After the Promotion Period the Sponsor reviews each potential winner’s game records. Potential winners are contacted at their account’s email address and must reply within 72 hours confirming their eligibility (age and residency); the Sponsor may ask for reasonable proof. A potential winner who does not reply in time, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules forfeits the prize, which goes to the next eligible entrant. Using more than one account, bots or scripts, a modified game, exploits of bugs, or collusion with other players disqualifies an entrant. The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final.

9. Announcing winners

Winners are announced by their in-game display name on this website and on the Sponsor’s channels (including YouTube). The Sponsor will not publish a winner’s full name or email address.

10. General conditions

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete play or records, or for technical failures of any kind. If the promotion cannot run as planned because of tampering, fraud, technical problems or anything else beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify it. By entering, entrants agree to these rules and release the Sponsor from liability for any claim arising from the promotion or a prize, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

12. Privacy

Information collected through this promotion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
