Who we are

Pocket Cube is made by Suzerain Studios (“we”). Questions or requests: [CONTACT EMAIL].

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and password, and the display name you choose. Passwords are stored by our account provider in hashed form; we never see them.
• Your play: the records the games need to work and to run the giveaway fairly — your Sooz Coin and chip balances and every change to them, your maze runs (mazes completed, time taken), blackjack hands and skill wagers.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting and security providers log basic request information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request.

Guests who play without an account give us no account information; a guest’s coins live only in that browser tab.

How we use it

To run your account and the games, to keep the giveaway fair (including detecting multiple accounts, bots and cheating), to verify and contact winners, to announce winners by display name, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and the game database) and Cloudflare (hosting, security and access control). If we send email from our own domain, an email delivery provider will handle the messages. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your login session in your browser so you stay signed in, and the game keeps your personal bests there. It also notes, on your account and in your browser, that you have seen the casino's welcome animation, so it plays only once. Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security and access. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Records needed to verify the giveaway’s results are kept until the giveaway is settled and for a reasonable period after.

Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct or delete your information, or to delete your account, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account’s address. Deleting an account removes its balances and records, and with them any standing in an active giveaway.

Children

Pocket Cube is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The giveaway is open only to adults (see the Official Rules). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Accounts are protected by our providers’ security, and each player’s game records can be read only by that player and by us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — for example, if we add advertising — we will update this page before the change takes effect and change the date above.
